Six gates, no surprises.

From feasibility note to FOB Dongguan — each gate has explicit deliverables, sign-off owners and timing.

    Requirement & feasibility

    Send the deployment, target SKU range and target spec. Our engineering desk replies inside one business day with a feasibility note and platform recommendation.

  2. B

    Proposal & quotation

    Quoted BOM with chosen platform, panel, brightness, IP grade, NRE, MOQ, lead time and total landed cost — broken out, not bundled.

  3. C

    Design & order confirmation

    CAD, PCB I/O, enclosure CMF, firmware spec and packaging signed off as a locked drawing pack before tooling cuts metal.

  4. D

    Prototyping & validation

    EVT / DVT / PVT builds with functional, thermal, drop and burn-in testing. 100-pcs DVT typical before mass production gate.

  5. E

    Production & QC

    Aluminium and SGCC sheet metal, PCBA SMT, panel bonding, 48-hour burn-in soak, ageing, packaging and full visual + functional QC.

  6. F

    Delivery & after-sales

    FOB Dongguan or door-to-door, palletised or full-colour retail. 24-month warranty plus lifetime engineering support on the platform.
